• Sydney Harbour

After going to Sydney several times and searching for a perfect location I alway ended up in the botanic gardens. The challenge at the time was to bring in the background sunset as well as filling in the lights of the Opera house and bridge. The shoot started just before sunset with the nice redness in the sky, then I had to wait for around 1 hour for all the natural light to disappear so I could fill in the lights of the Opera house and bridge.

  • Pinnicles

I left Perth to go to the Nambung National Park - home to the Pinnacles Desert, a series of erie limestone formations sporadically scattered over vast yellow, rippled sand dunes, in the Pinnacles dessert. While there I witnessed a wonderful sunset, this light filled the Pinnacles and I was lucky enough to capture this great image.

  • Melbourne

The city of Melbourne has made me welcome from the day I arrived. It's wonderful skyline is the more spectacular from the air, even after numerous helicopter flight over Melbourne I always look forward to the next flight to see new developments and growth.

  • Whitsundays

Locals educated me on the colourful tides of the Witsundays, the blue tides are when the water floods into the bay from the ocean, and the green tide is created from the tannins in the Eucaluptus trees washing into the ocean, to get this shot we had to time it perfectly for the changing of the tides, it's always going to be one of my favourites.

  • The Twelve Apostles

I had been going down to the Great Ocean Road in search of a that perfect image for several trips when finally one evening  the clouds where just above the horizon, the sun broke through, and the rich light of a sunset the filled the Twelve apostles and provided me with the image I'd been waiting for.

  • Bungle Bungles

Situated in the Kimberley, the Bungle Bungles are a fragile natural environment that used to be a reef several thousand years ago. I'm constantly gob smacked at the raw natural beauty of this country and my flight over this region will be a fond memory for life.
